A MESSAGE FROM THE STEWARDSHIP CHAIR

Dear Friends,

Welcome to the third century of worship at St. James’ Church.

Last year, we celebrated the remarkable history of our parish during our Bicentennial. In 2011, I invite you to join me in helping to secure the future of St. James’ Church and all of the wonderful programs that our parish offers.

St. James’ provides an open door and a helping hand to so many. Our parishioners generously share their time and talents – making our church home a welcoming and lively center for spiritual growth, outreach and fellowship. The same programs and services in which we have invested so much of ourselves also depend on our financial support if they are to continue to thrive.

As we replenish our capital coffers with the For All the Saints capital campaign, so we must increase our annual stewardship to open the door to all that St. James’ Church can offer.

Please join me by making an annual commitment to St. James’ today, and if you have already made a commitment, I hope you will consider increasing your gift. Each household’s increases, when added together, translate into great strides in our corporate stewardship.
